Nikon has just announced a new update to one of its most impressive lenses to date - the Nikkor 24-70mm f/2.8E. With its new vibration reductions and electromagnetic diaphragm it allows for more accurate exposures and tack sharp images. In addition to the VR and electromagnetic diaphragm it has a rear element coating that will repel dirt and other debris making it much easier to remain clean. With the updated vibration reduction comes the increase in price placing it at $2,396.95.
Nikon also release a new 24mm f/1.8G and a 200-500mm f/5.6E. The 24mm will be a great addition to any video/cinematographer that needs to fill a 20-28mm void that hasn't existed until now. The 200-500mm now allows birdwatcher or anyone looking for an affordable option to fill a range passed 200mm.
